Diane R. Becker, Attorney

Diane, founder of Becker Law, was born in Steubenville, Ohio. Upon graduating from Kent State University with a Bachelor’s degree in 1989, she relocated to Raleigh and enrolled in North Carolina Central University’s School of Law. She graduated with a juris doctorate degree cum laude in 1993 and became a member of the North Carolina State Bar, the District and Superior Courts of North Carolina, and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina. She opened Becker Law the same year and was sworn into practice before the United States Supreme Court in 2006. In addition, Diane instructed broker law classes for the Howard Perry & Walston Real Estate School and participated in the North Carolina Academy of Trial Lawyers.

She handles real estate related matters, estate administrations and planning, personal injury, and business transactions. She is a member of the Wake County Bar Association, the 10th Judicial District Bar and the North Carolina Bar Association as a member of the Litigation, Construction, Business, and Real Property Sections as well as the Zoning, Planning & Land Use Section.
